Thor is a nationally known standup comedian, a teaching pastor at Canyon Lake Community Church in Southern California, a comedy and drama writer, and an actor. In 2004, Thor became host of the Bananas comedy series, which was purchased by Sony television and could be seen in over 90 million homes in its heyday. Along with Bananas, Thor has been featured in four of the best-selling Christian comedy DVDs of all-time – Thou Shalt Laugh, from the same producer as The Blue Collar Comedy Tour. Thor also co-produced his own comedy series for one season, Comedy At Large with Thor Ramsey, which appeared on the iLife TV channel. Since then, Thor has produced and directed five comedy specials, Brimstone & Punchlines, Narrow Road Comic, Square and Thor Ramsey’s New Comedy Revolution 1 & 2. Thor lives in Canyon Lake, California, with his wife and two daughters, is a member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, and is the published author of multiple books
